If anyone is disabled in walker, wheelchairs, scooters, blind, have a medical reason why you are not able to drive RTC has Paratransit and they do pick you up at your home/hotel or where ever and have drop off/pick up locations throughout the downtown/Fremont & arts district 24/7.. (all over town actually) if you are from out of town/state/country and visiting if you have this type of service from your area just bring you documentation and contact them ahead of coming here and you can use this service here. Each trip is $3 and assistants/caretakers & companion riders ride for free. And these areas are great for disabled people, lots of elevators ramps etc, the crosswalks are even equipped with voice instructions for the blind.
