I have frequent this particular Franchise on numerous occasions. And it has never failed me. Customer service was outstanding. Food,and drinks was exceptional. Looking forward to my next visit. 👍👍

Just went in, no host or bartender to seat us. We sat near the bar. 15 minutes goes by and still no one. Finally, a bartender emerges from the back. His first step, after being neglectful for 15 minutes, was to change the tv channel. The bartender didn’t greet us until we were walking out. He claimed he was the only person working and he was in the back. Why would you be in the back that long if you know you’re the only person working the floor? Why would your first priority be to the tv when you return and not the ungreeted, self seating people waiting to place an order? I see why this location has so many 1 stars.

it isn't the same as it was back in the day, the service is inconsistent, my orders are always messed up and their vegetarian options are horrible

Menu has changed a lot. Food it's ok. Slow service. TGI now offers sushi and dumplings but they are not made there I think. The sushi presentation I didn't like it. It it's server on a paper box, I ask for the spicy tuna roll, It did not not have any flavor.
