Rude receptionist at first they were nice and friendly now they are hanging up on me as I'm explaining to them my health concern and they hang up on my call. Is this how advanced urgent medical group works?

How to Be Missionary-ish

I don’t know why this place is rated so poorly, because I have always had a good experience here. My family and I have come several times to get treatment for various issues, and the medical staff have always been so warm, friendly, and helpful. The facility itself is a bit worn down, but the low cost for treatment and the care itself make it very worthwhile. My only complaint is that the medication they sell is way marked up. You can get it for much cheaper at a local pharmacy.

I was seen by Dr Mendhi (I think I butchered her name). But she was very nice, informative, and to the point. She doesn't rush you and seems genuinely concerned about the issue. All the staff seem to enjoy working here and are friendly. Overall I think I waited about 35 min to be seen and seated.

Took 5 hours and 1/2 to see a doctor!! 🤦🏼‍♀️ the ladies In front need to organize themselves as well to let the patients go in if they are feeling really sick! Man I know there is hospitals out there but what’s the point on calling this clinic “Urgent” then?
