Worst clinic do not !! Come to this clinic and they charged me for 2 shots 220. And treat you u rude all there staff has no type of education. It's like going to a Mexican clinic

It's plain and simple this isn't a "American Doctor" to say it's more like how it is in mexico . As long as you got the money they got the cure . Sad it has to be that way but don't come to small clinics expecting to get treated like if you were in a hospital!

Please stay away. I went yesterday January 27, 2022 around noon, the only reason I went there is because my main doctor in Anaheim is closed (where I have insurance). When I arrived to this clinic, It was empty. The reason for my review is based on the observations I gathered that day. I walked in, big tall man doing paperwork, very rude didn’t take the time to greet us. He was acting like he was working, but customers always comes first. That’s the rule. I signed the paperwork, went to the bathroom. The bathroom was utterly disgusting, I’ve never been to a doctor’s office that wasn’t clean. There was no seat covers and around the sink was a used urine sample (that’s what it looked like to me). It’s disgusting especially with Covid-19. There was around three employees working, are you telling me that these three employees were sooo busy that they can’t clean their own bathroom even when it’s a slow Sunday. Shows the lack of moralities these people have. After, I went to the exam room. The Asian lady ‘Doctor’ comes in, again no greetings at all. She started checking me without saying much, I had to stop her and ask if she’s the doctor. She’s done checking me, tells me the type of medicine I need and I had to stop her again and ask what type of infection I have. Can you believe that? Lack of professionalism in this place. I don’t think the lady is a doctor at all. Beware. It gets better. The ‘nurse’ Hispanic lady, gives me the shots for infection and another one I don’t recall probably for the inflammation. This is the worst part yet, after the injecting me on my bottom. I felt incredible pain. I got home, I noticed blood on my undies, blood and sore area and bruising forming. I’ve always gotten these type of shots when I’m sick, so I’m not new to this. I paid whatever they charged me for exam, shots and medicine. I just wanted to feel better. As soon I walked out, a little boy came out crying! Yes crying why? Cuz he got shots from that fake nurse. Imagine me bleeding, swollen and bruised and wanting to cry as well. My heart goes out to that little five year old. I hope the owner of this clinic reads this, I hope he has it in his heart to hire adequate professional medical assists with actual degrees. It’s not worth having patients already sick and coming to this clinic experiencing beyond negative care. You went into the medical field to help people so please do your job and hire the correct people despite money issues. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK. And if I must, I will take proper legal advice. Ooh and my sickness hasn’t gotten any better, therefore I’m going to my real doctors in Anaheim the next day. I hope I don’t develop any serious complications due to this negligence. /:

In my own experience. This is my second time coming to this clinic, my sister also has been here for her children. My first experience I had a nasty flu and two shots after I was feeling fine!!! That was a few years back, yesterday 7/31/21 unfortunately I had to go back because of a more serious infection in my intestines and after visiting 2 ER rooms I wasn't feeling no better. I remember this clinic. It's a walk in clinic open 7 days a week. Yes they take cash only and upfront! This may be inconvenient to some and totally understandable but it's your health your dealing with. In my experience they are straight shooters no nonsense and if you have higher standards it would be best to go somewhere else, they work a little different and that's ok. Thank you again for bringing me back ☺️
