This facility is rundown, and the staff are disorganized. I had an appointment a single immunization. At Tustin Ranch or Irvine this would be a 5-minute visit, it took an hour and a half at Santa Ana. Based on the filth in the AC registers, it is pretty clear that no one is maintaining the HVAC system, God knows what lovely stuff is growing in there.

I’m new to Kaiser. Went in for a physical check up and my assigned Dr. was Jasmine Takhar. Let me start by saying she’s rude and incompetent! She was supposed to be my new primary doctor. I asked her to order some labs and for a medical clearance. Her response was that she couldn’t clear me or order all my labs. She also said that I have to go outside and pay for someone else to clear me. Like how does that even make any sense!! Why am I paying for Insurance if I can’t use my insurance for my medical needs. Your primary care doctor should be the one cleaning you for surgery! 2nd she was asking me for my medical history and contradicting everything I said! As If I didn’t know what I was talking about! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to have this lady as your doctor! And the only reason she’s getting a star is cause I can not give 0 stars!!! I have called member services and made a complaint! I also will be changing Drs and if needed changing health insurance outside of Kaiser!!!

Long wait 20+min.s at the registration caused me to miss my appointment. No one cared. They were really slow and the patient had to come back again due to the missed appointment. There was a station at the door that supposedly should take everyone's temperature. The lady didn't take anyone's temperature. I don't understand why she was there.

On Sept 18, 2020, I had an appt. with Dr. Margarita Sanchez-Padilla. My appointment was for 8:40 am. I waited until 9:30 and made a complaint to the nurse who called me to finally get my vitals. I asked how far Dr Sanchez-Patel was and was i formed she had 2 other patients before me after the one she was seeing. I asked how can the dr be so far behind when my appointment was for 8:40 am. When the nurse went to ask the dr about me possible being seen earlier, the dr came in and told me if I didn’t want to wait, I needed to reschedule. I asked her how she could possibly be so late when my appointment was for 8:40? I stated that that meant she was late to work. The dr then told me to leave and make an appointment with someone else and rudely walked off. Don’t make an appointment with this dr.
