For people with limited or no health insurance there aren’t many options. This place has worked for me yet there is a lot of issues. The wait times can be really bad even if you only need a refill of a RX you have been on a long time or paperwork. Even once your in a room it can be an hour before anyone sees you. Worst part for me and others I’ve seen in reviews and talked to who have went here is they always want you to go in for almost anything even to ask a question. If it’s not within a week of your last visit you likely will need to pay the full visit price which feels like a money grab. The RX I am on most doctors will write for 6-9 months after seeing you react well where I had to fight to get 3 months at a time. Then again to get it at once without refills to save more than 50% from my pharmacy instead of month to month. However if you don’t have insurance and need a doctor there is far worse out there.

Horrible wait time . Takes forever just to get a clear response to a question . I asked how much the price of a work physical was and was quoted two different prices. Upon arrival the price of both quadrupled , called again that day for just a basic and again price was a lot higher than first two quoted prices . Go elsewhere . Clinics that change prices like this aren’t good for your wallet nor for you.

My family and I have private insurance, YET, I rather take my kids and myself to Dr Ruiz. We have been going to him for more than 7 + years. Not once has the diagnosis been wrong , nor the prescribed medication not work. I am grateful to Dr Ruiz and to his staff.

I have the ear wax build up again, Shall I use the Debrox for a couple of days and then come in for the flush as we did before or do I have to go the 4 days using Debrox? Before the flush.

They said they dont take appointments it's walk in only and after 7pm there are alot of people waiting so itd best if you arrive before that.
