Horrible experience with Kaiser Permanente. I went to there multiple times, and the doctors said that it looks fine and didn't do anything, but my butt was hurting bad when I am sitting down. On top of that, they have a terrible insurance plan where patients have to pay $350 for each visit. I have paid over $1000+ already, and I am still in pain.

I'm never coming back here. I was absolutely disrespected by one of the doctors in Urgent Care in the middle of a severe anxiety attack. Instead of giving me a plan, she just told me how I "badly needed help", cut me off when I tried to speak and shut the door on me while I cried. She left by letting me know she had more important patients to tend to. Thanks for that. I understand that anxious patients may be difficult to deal with, but the way she acted was incredibly callous. If I really wasn't supposed to be in Urgent Care, then maybe, instead of blaming the patient desperately seeking help, you should train your front desk staff to direct people to the *actual* places they need to go.

Kaiser Permanente building in Santa Ana, California. Masking is required to enter the building. They have hand sanitizing stations all around the main lobby. There must be a pediatrics department here as there were a LOT of elementary school aged children.

I love my Kaiser doctor, and the icing on the cake is the way all the moving parts work. The labs, urgent care, mammogram are all in the same place. My niece who is getting a M.A. in nursing was impressed by the integration of the background, tests, and conversations available on the phone app.

There is no emergency at harbor MacArthur medical facility you would need to go to fountain Valley or the sand canyon one in irvine
Good luck one person will tell yes and another no. Not to happy with them for appts and info seems like they don't know what the hell there doing.

Yes the pharmacy,lab, and urgent care are open till 9pm I can just walk into lab without an appt to have my lab work done at any Kaiser in orange county pick up my prescriptions and go to urgent if necessary 7 days a week
