I'm not a medical expert but I would go to the E.R. with all those symptoms. Not sure weretoh are located but Sand Canyon, Downey or Anaheim.

If your able to wait till they open otherwise go to the emergency department. I would suggest calling the 24hour nurse line. They'll advise you what is best.
