They have always been helpful and kind the times I went there. Here’s a picture I was able to take last month (January 2022) with phone numbers and times they are open. Hopefully this picture is helpful for people since the phone number on google maps is not updated. They have different phone numbers depending on what you need.

Was told over the phone (which they do not have updated here) that the dentist does extractions as the only kind of procedure, yeah fine I need my tooth out asap. We get there, suddenly "The doctor doesnt do extractions, just Xrays and consultation" So now im sitting at home unable to sleep, in agony with a bag of barely effective ibuprofen some antibiotics, a completely decayed and excruciatingly painful tooth and a list of non free dental surgeon. "Orange county dental program, emergency dental" Yeah, if your dental emergency calls for basically a pat on the head and a promise and not any tangible, practical action. Maybe, dont tell people that services are available when they in fact aren't.or inform your employees better so they don't give false impressions of procedure availability over the phone.

HAD A FRIEND WHO GOT A REALITY CHECK AND WAS TERRIFIED TO JUST ABOUT HER DEATH CUZ HER PVT PCP DELIVERED LIFE CHANGING NEWS TO HER WITH NO GAME PLAN OR NEXT MOVE. SHE CALLED THE COUNTY 17TH ST CLINIC IN SANTA ANA AND IMMEDIATELY FELT THE EASE OF THE POSSIBLE BATTLES THAT LIE AHEAD AND MAY BE FACED WITH. AS A CLINIC COORDINATOR AND HAVING A TEAM THAT IS FABULOUS I'MA SAY THAT WATCHING MY FRIEND RECEIVE GOOD QUALITY OF CARE STARTING FROM THE RECEPTIONIST CHRISTINA ALL THE WAY TO DR.REID AND THE MA PATRICIA, I KNOW THAT IT PUT A LOT OF COMFORTMCOMFORT IN MYHMY FRIENDS HEART. I AM THANKFUL FOR THEM AS WELL AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC ON BEHALF OF MY FRIEND ANY DAY.
