I don’t know what’s happening at the drive thru but this is the second time of sitting for way to long even though the lines are not that long. You can sit from 20 minutes to 45 minutes. They didn’t have what I wanted and I’m just stuck in this line. Just be aware if you’re in a hurry don’t go their.

Today, my wait in the drive-thru was over 20 minutes. When I finally received my order, the two combo meals were stone cold. I expressed my displeasure to the manger. She was very dismissive of my complaint, and seemed to care less about the extremely slow and very sub-par service. The most concerning part was the complete disregard for maintaining correct food temperatures. Again, the two combos I ordered were stone cold. Food is legally required to be served above a specific temperature. I guess this McDonalds doesn’t follow food safety standards. Lastly, the manager should be terminated.

NEARLY NORMAL

The staff was friendly upon arrival, I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese meal, got to my table, took two big bites into a raw sandwich, took it to the counter, I got reimbursed, but not before being treated rudely by the manager, acting like this was my fault, she kept saying to herself, “she knows that they were temped, obviously not, I will never eat at another McDonald’s again!

Ordered 2 double hamburgers custom. It took more than 30 min in the drive-through and this is what I got cold fries and 2 double hamburgers no meat. My milkshake was good though
