Wonderful coffee shop. There is plenty of seating in a nice, cozy environment. The staff is very friendly, and the pastries and drinks are very good. My friend and I got a cinnamon roll and a raspberry scone with our coffee drinks, and they were both very delicious. They also have savory food items. Lovely little coffee shop.

Best coffee shop in Alaska. Awesome service, friendly staff. Loved the cozy atmosphere and the nice shop next store. (Not sure if it's still there) Jitters was my go to place every day when I lived in Eagle River. The girls all knew I ordered a grande Bob Marley White Chocolate Mocha. Took my kids there for a treats and hot cocoa. In fact my husband Ed and I had our first date at Jitters back in September 2013. We met online and 6 weeks later we got married in front of the fireplace. Thank you to the staff at Jitters for allowing us to get married there. And no it wasn't a Shotgun Wedding 😂 I moved out of Alaska in 2015 but thank God you can order there amazing coffee online. Highly recommend Jitters!! You won't be disappointed.

Awesome place, came in for the first time yesterday to meet a friend. Drove from mid town Anchorage today for the customer service, coffee, and quiche! Maddie's personality, friendly customer centric focus is beyond reproach. She made me feel like I had been coming there for years. The atmosphere is amazing, tables and chairs along with the large arm chairs by the fireplace and benches make it a fun place to connect with friends, family, or business clients. The entire staff is friendly, who needs Starbucks when you have a business like this to go to! I will be a customer forever! Thanks Jitters!
