Whoever the new team lead was at the service desk tonight( 6-4-22) is one of the most rude, unprofessional, Condescending women I have ever had the misfortune of speaking with. Telling me Walmart no longer does exchanges and that they haven't for 3 years. Because all they do is returns. Rolling her eyes, moving her head from side to side. When I asked if someone else was available to speak with she said "nope" with a little smirk on her face. The attitude from her before she even knew what I was there fore was astounding. I have no idea how you could put somebody of her caliber as a team lead. Get it together Walmart.

We were looking for potting soil and Caelan in eagle River cheerfully loaded our 4 bags out and didn’t make us feel rushed. He’s a great employee and he should be encouraged to ever change! His customer service will carry your store and Caelan a long way!!

This is one of my favorite Walmart’s nationwide. The outside is more subdued in colors and very clean. This store has a safe and tidy environment not found at many other city Walmart’s I’ve visited.
