What is the point of having my apartment door code entered into my profile if they are not going to use it and still leave my package in the snow...they used to use it and leave the package I side the main apartment entry way. Now they just leave it in the snow.

I’m shocked this store doesn’t have a higher rating!! I’ve been using this location for over a year and I’ve never had such great service before! The workers are SO NICE and helpful and I’m in and out within a minute for the quick returns. I’ve never had a bad experience there. The workers definitely deserve a raise 10/10 customer service skills!!

They charge a $2.48 “Print Service Fee” when you email them a document to print. I had 5 black & white copies which should cost under/around $.75-$1 to print at every other location I have ever been to...just trying to get more money out of services, which is absurd.

I went in to get a second quote on a package, after i got NO help from USPS, and the sales lady was so nice and helpful! she was able to help me get the dimensions of my package and gave me a quote that beat USPS by almost 50%! Then she helped me with the shipping labels and her service was just phenomenal! Highly recommend this branch!
