Sadly, my review is as a new patient who couldn't ever get in. I had scheduled my appointment over a month in advance only to come down with the c*vid a few days prior. I attempted to call 4x on different days during scheduled office hours leaving messages each time to reschedule only to get a call the day of my appointment after my scheduled time and she cancelled my appointment entirely without trying to reschedule. I attempted to reschedule a few more times since and still never received a call back. With staff like this, I would imagine there are many others who found themselves in a similar situation of not getting callbacks or calls answered. I wish I got in to see the doc to give a better review but I simply cannot even get ahold of or get a call back to even try again.

Dr. Mickey and her staff are incredibly professional and genuinely care to help in any way they can. It is important to add that the clinic is very clean and well-maintained, adding comfort to my visits. They can also conduct most lab work in-house, eliminating the need for a separate trip to a private lab. Finally, they’ve been very accommodating in emergency situations, by squeezing myself or my family members into their schedule to help us at the earliest time possible. I highly recommend them! Was super excited to see this dr, as i heard great reviews on her. Nicole answered the phone and was super rude! I told her situation with my current dr office shutting down and she had zero compassion. As a business owner myself, Nicole does not represent this company very well and lost a future customer Update to owner response.. I'm sure micky is a great dr and have friends that see her, the point of the review was the office was super rude and unprofessional and represents the company in a bad light. Also Nicole hung up on me and it felt like a super inconvenience that I was even trying to make a appointment. I told her I'm ok to wait 3 weeks to see the dr but my old dr office closed down overnight and was needing prescription refills that are important to my health. Again as a business owner I would never allow my office to treat a customer like nicole did, and I'm not the first to review that problem with your company, friendly advice, you should probably address that problem instead of making excuses
