I had an appointment at 9. I was the first one in line when the door opened. I waited an hour and 10 minutes to be seen for a blood draw. Terrible service. I do not recommend the Mesa office on Main Street. I would have walked out, but they had already taken my co-pay.

Everyone is friendly and the doctors are awesome. They have their own lab which is very convenient and time saving. A+++ 10/2021 - First visit since Heavens Medical joined Village medical. So they are not at the same location and it is all quite different. Very modern .

Communication is terrible. Lack of follow-through is excessive. Very rarely are appointments on time. Staff turnover is high. Good luck actually seeing the Dr. Have now changed PCP.
