I cannot express how heartless and rude the girl currently answering phones is. I won’t even write what was said and then how she shouted she was going to end the call and hung up on me while I was polite as possible and didn’t even transfer me to the place she said she was transferring me to.

They are extremely slow. It's been a month since I've applied for rental assistance. I qualify 100%. Noone has called or emailed or looked at my applied. The offices say they are swamped. Update: applied 4/2/2021 Approved 6/19/2021 As of 9/7/2021 still no assistance received even though approved. 9/15/2021 rental assistance finally reached my landlord 1/8/2022 utility assistance finally reached SRP. Hope you can see the timeline to expect!
