I had to have a double coronary bypass operation. I live at the Westward Ho. I have already registered at Salvation army down the street. They called 4 days later at 8 in the morning. I missed the call because I don't sleep with my phone. I tried calling back, texting, nothing. I had to go through the surgery by myself with zero support from this organization. ZERO. I am entitled to get meals delivered. I had to go to Walmart for groceries 2 days after getting home. I'm allowed to carry 8lbs. This organization is just a scam. They help who they want, when they want. Returning calls 4 days later is just disrespectful to seniors. There is no excuse on how I was treated. I will never call them for anything. They are absolutely useless. Unless they like you. don't bother.

Very helpful agency that specializes in Helping Seniors. Food boxes, case management, and other services such as housekeeping can be found here through the S.A.I.L. (stay at home Independent Living) program. I Am A Satisfied client

It took them two weeks to return my call and refer me to the ombudsman whom I had already contacted. Gee thanks, glad it wasn't an emergency.
