This agency used to be very helpful but since they hired new case workers like there's a guy named Tanweer super racist #1 lier, like the other day he calls my brother who's a refugee to bring his apartments lease agreement and get his check as he goes there Tanweer tells him that he's gonna apply to DES for rental assistant program which makes no sense to write a check. That's just an example of his so many lies and hatred against certain Afghan ethnic group. If you're an SIV please don't go to this agency

I have had the good fortune to observe the staff at AIRS (Arizona Immigrant and Refugee Services) the smallest of the 4 local Resettlement Agencies in the Phoenix area (IRC, Catholic Charities, Lutheran Social Services and AIRS) I observed this group of men & women as they show each and every day how much they LOVE the work they do, it takes a special kind of person to do the work these AMAZING people can do on a day-to-day basis as they help countless Refugees and Asylee's as they come to Arizona to provide a new and better life for their families, free from suppression, prejudice, torture and sometimes death. It is with the highest of hopes as well as fear of the unknown and the knowledge that they may never see friends and loved ones they were forced to leave behind. These families have seen some horrendous things and lost family members in ways no person should NEVER even have to imagine. These Case Managers work with families who have a hard time trusting anyone making the Case Managers job that much more difficult. My hat goes off to those who have enough love and compassion for our fellow man that they can work helping, lifting and even pushing people if and when it's needed. May God bless both the Refugees and those who love them enough to work with them day after day and year after year ALWAYS LOVING THEIR JOB!!!

Almost all of the employees in here don't have any experience, they don't know how to treat people, how to communicate,No respect for you and your time in this place.
