I just want to say how amazing Lisa is!! She really went above and beyond to help me! After months of going back and forth she was able to get my issue resolved! I can’t thank her enough for all she has done! Lisa B thank you!

I have called to get help getting my waytogo card working. A lady who works at Maricopa county would not tell me her name and was so rude to me. When I asked her what her name is she hung up on me. Even though my case is with Sylvia in Maricopa county they tell me my name is not in the system and I need to call Pinal county. Thankfully Pinal county is always very helpful with child support. Although I should’ve been helped at Maricopa county there is somebody who works there who is not nice and should not be treating people this way.

If it were any other business I'd give a 1 star but this is a gov biz so slack is given. 8 weeks with no check bcuz they thought my address was old. THOUGHT my address was old. Maybe they shouldn't think. After all a quick search of Public records would show that I still own the house.

A place to ask that question there is a library there to fill out and file forms
Thats enough for him to get put in jail...But u can take him to court to enforce what hes suppose to pay and if he still doesnt pay they will end up putting a warrent out for his arrest & possibly publically announce it on the news. & regardless of how old ur child is he will still have to owe u the back support until its paid off...
Get services from Division of Child Support Services. They may be able to obtain information where he works, if he has regular employment (as opposed to working for cash) or assist you in enforcing your child support order through the court. The clerk of the court can't provide those services and requires that you have/give them that information. They don't have access to information the way that Division of Child Support Services does. Nothing is guaranteed, but there's a big chance they can help you.
This is not Maricopa County. This is Google guides. No one on here is qualified to give you legal advice. Best thing to do I would suggest as call them directly or get in touch with a lawyer that can help you.

If you can't afford an attorney, there's a self help section at the court house or the forms are online. If you haven't already filled a petition to enforce child support, that maybe a good place to start.
Well it depends on what you are filing. Are you trying to establish child support or are you trying to enforce an existing order. There are different filing fees depending upon which on. Also if you are on state aid then you can have the Attorney general file for you.
Yes.
What do I need to do if I haven't received a payment in 3 month?
Go to the reservation and ask for information concerning how to get child support.
In AZ, the child support is owed to the custodial parent, not the child(ren). If someone else is now your caretaker, that person can get child support from your parents for your and your sister's support. Your legal guardian can seek services from Division of Child Support Services.
Yes
I would reccomend you go to court and file a petition to modify. You can do something about it. You just need to file the proper paperwork. It doesnt happen automatically
I would need more info about your case. Most likely the court order required the payor to petition the court to terminate child support order because it wasnt written to automatically stop
