What do I need to do if I haven't received a payment in 3 month?
The Court Clearinghouse receives the payment from the employer and forwards the money. If the person isn't working, they can make a payment directly to the clearinghouse to stay in compliance and not fall in arrears.
She can receive it direct deposit or a check through the mail. I believe that's something she can set up by calling the child support enforcement offices
