If your ex lives here and California has verified his address here in AZ, then CA should be working with AZ. There is a team that specializes in Interstate cases. The number to the front desk is 602.774.9800. Whoever answer the phone can look up your case and direct you to the intergovernmental team as long as AZ has a case
Go to the DES office, they're able to help with that I'm sure
I think so, but call and ask. They are super nice and will let you know the steps you have to take. Good luck!
Just go to the office on 19th Avenue go to the front desk to help you out
Can't figure out how to get my child support on my new card from the old card Bank of America card I don't understand the automative system system says the same thing over and over and over No matter how many times I put my information and it says the same thing all over and over I need an appointment to go in I guess so I can figure out why I'm not getting my money on my card
They will email it...just use child support phone
Yes
Unfortunately, your best effort will be with the government of Spain. Outside the country, it cannot be enforced except our child support system. to the best of my knowledge in any way.
It will have to be tomorrow when office is open.
File a complaint in federal court against the state of AZ ,DES,maricopa county superior court.
It does
If he doesn't have custody why would you pay him? Do you have custody? If so he would pay you.
You'll have to ask your caseworker about that.
Just your soul
its what they call back chilled support there is nothing you can do except ask the mother to sign something saying that you don't have to pay unless she got money from the government
Not true John Tracy my sons father is supposed to pay childsupport they told me I had to wait for 6mo before they'd do anything he purposely quit his job. They lowered his childsupport although by law their not supposed to for up to a year and set another hearing to lower it again. It's better if you hire counsel. The attorney general there told me she doesn't work for me she works for childsupport. When I called childsupport said they work for my son basically. That office is full of it. There are attorneys that do free consultations and have payment plans. You will be better off seeking an attorney.
It depends on the judge all you need to do is ask about it
Nah but they will make you homeless
What is the reason for going?? There are a few departments within that building.
