Horrible customer service! I called a few weeks ago as my son is in the Army and was recently stationed in Fairbanks. He needed winter clothes and we wanted a secure way to ship to him so he could receive quickly. We tried to open a UPS box but they didn't have any and told us to check back in two weeks. The employee then told me we could have packages shipped to them and they would hold at $5 per day. The employee failed to mention only UPS packages. Now we have $800 in winter clothes that we are trying to get redirected so they can get to my son. When I called begging to open a box (they still don't have any) and find an alternative they offered no assistance. The woman I spoke to at the UPS store did make it a point to let me know they have new hires and she knows who gave the wrong info.

Much better than every other UPS store in town... because it's closest to me. They'll mail your stuff. Do you have any idea of the logistics behind how the email works? Be happy you have access to the ability to send anything anywhere in the world for a reasonable price. Stop expecting caviar and sexual favors in terms of customer service from people who are providing you with access to a modern wonder of the world.

Literally the worst customer service I’ve seen in any part of Alaska. The counter girl (Abby) at this location was by far the rudest most impolite person I have ever met. Rude and snotty to both my wife and I. Threw her hands in the air and stormed out of the room when we asked question about returning some of our items. We didn’t have boxes for everything and she just said we can’t take this here. Didn’t offer boxes, didn’t try to help in any way, and was just rude the whole time. After she stormed out her manager walks out and is just as snotty and rude. I will avoid this company like the plague. Hopefully someone hirer then the store manager sees this and does something about the absolute garbage employees they keep around. Wouldn’t go here if it was free to ship for life 😂

I will never go back to this store. The staff was short with me, and irritable because I didn’t understand how to return items properly. It was my first time returning items, and if they had just helped me, and explained the process instead of casting me aside with irritation it would have been better, I left in tears.
