Service was absolutely terrible. The hotel is disgusting, and full of drug addicts. Booked a 2 bed room and was charged for a 2 bed room. When I arrived the room had ONE bed, when I questioned customer service I was told the manager books 1 bed rooms as "2 bed rooms" to charge more for less. After attempting to dispute this issue I've had zero feedback. The room in question was horrible, dirty floor, dirty sheets/bathroom; I think the theme they were going for was "horrid". Do yourself a favor and sleep on the floor of the nearby USPS.

Only one person working at a time and they are fully booked for weeks out. We went to check in at 8pm but due to the house keeper the room was left dirty but marked clean. They even made the beds but rolled in them. We checked 2 more rooms and same story. She said that was the 6th room that day. So she cleared the line of people and went and cleaned it. But like any job done fast it wasn’t perfect. So the next morning I left a few items in a list. Well, 8am-10pm and still not done. I made note to the new front desk lady before hitting the bed. Then, the 2nd morning I left my number with a request for the management to call me (they confirmed the assistant manager was on that day) so I leave at 8am and return at 230am the next day (technically) and no phone call. The 2nd night lady was on duty again and nothing but “we are short staffed” “it’s been like that forever” “but,but,but” so I moved on. So as I write this we are finishing night three and starting day 4. The pool hasn’t worked in 4 years I guess (still listed as an amenity), piles of debris in the corners, hair was in the tub (I cleaned that), fridge dirty on the outside, and floors not swept. No coffee pots, broken dresser (straight missing drawers), but hey I the sheets are clean and I leave after I sleep a little. NEVER AGAIN!

Positive: Location was good and good lighting which was necessary with all that was going on. Room was warm Negative: No coffee available ever. No quarters for laundry ever. Dirty towel in room when we arrived and toilet didn¿t work. Staff routinely not wearing masks. Tweakers living in cars in parking lot made leaving our car parked overnight sketchy at best.

Staying here right now. I should really stop trying to go cheap, because you get what you pay for. The hotel itself is dirty. My room is not clean. Empty bottles underneath the bed, carpet hadn't been vacuumed. I asked to have my room cleaned 2 days ago and it still hasn't been cleaned. Now the TV is out for the rest of the night. This place really is a dump. I'd leave if I could get my money back. Do not stay here unless you're looking to be grossed out.
