Alex is super knowledgeable on the Apple world and has a knack of identifying the issue and fixing them. When my laptop stopped working suddenly he identified all relevant issues, quoted the price for fixing each of those and waited for my confirmation before proceeding. I opted only for data recovery and he did that successfully on a Mac where ssd is soldered onto the board! Renee was also super responsive and helpful. Another trivia: He has been fixing auto vehicles on his free time and helped me with a jumpstart issue of my car too and saved a nightmarish day :)

I’m sorry sir you should not be using the laptop if water ever enters it. You should immediately shut the computer down in and make an appointment on our website MacFixed.com so that we can disconnect the battery and perform a liquid damage assessment. Unfortunately we cannot give a quote without physically looking too ok see what damage there is first thank you for understanding will look forward to your appointment request
