I can't give a review about anything on the menu, because I decided to leave after almost 10 minutes of sitting at a table and watching the bartender only interact with people she knew.

It's a country style restraunt if that's that type of food your interested in. Not a formal setting but it is nice inside. Nice enough for a small get together for business lunch I would assume. Not too fancy and good food.
I don't believe so
Masks are required, and are worn by every staff/patron upon entry. Once seated, patrons may remove masks, and tables are set apart for social distancing. Mandated tracking list is kept by staff upon patron entry. Bathrooms are frequently cleaned, as are tables (tables cleaned between each patron use). Hand sanitizer is readily available at each table and station, and social distancing is encouraged. Overall, a VERY well managed clean environment with staff that is on top of everything in order to keep patrons safe during COVID!
