After shattering my iPhone 11 glass screen last week, a friend recommended the phone doctor and his prices were the best I had found. Walked in yesterday without an appointment and he replaced my screen in about 15 minutes. Works as good as new. When I got home I noticed what appeared to be a crack across my front selfie camera, underneath the newly replaced glass, that had not been there before. I emailed Jamie right away and asked if I could bring it back in to have him fix it. I got a quick response telling me to bring it in today. Turns out it was just a string of glue that had accidentally gotten on the camera when the glass was being replaced yesterday. Within a few minutes he had removed the glue and put my phone back together, all complimentary. Highly, highly recommend his services. Super fast, friendly and trustworthy! Thanks again Jamie!

Bay Area Phone Doctor went way past what was required to get my iPad up and running. My iPad needed a battery replacement. Sounds simple, right? But I had the screen replaced in Vietnam where they used a non-standard glue which caused BIG problems when opening up the chassis. BAPD replaced the screen for no extra charge! Great competitive prices and super fast turnaround. Little does he know, I’ll be back today to replace my iPhone 6s screen AGAIN! He’s the best, most knowledgeable and courteous phone repair guy I’ve EVER dealt with. He’s repaired my iPhone 6s glass at least 3 times and the battery once. I would NEVER trust anyone as much as I trust him. He’s very honest, if your repair isn’t worth doing, he will tell you.

Certainly one could tell you that except the store owner. You can call for a price but I find it best to talk face to face. He's a good guy, helped me many times. If ur looking to save $, go see him find out what needs to be replaced. While he uses quality reliable parts...you might opt to order your own part from Amazon ( cheap) and ask him to install it .
Have you changed your battery yet? If not, it’s time. Also if you use one of those “vent mount” magnetic holders and have the heat on... that WILL occur. Just shut that particular vent off, and ensure your phone is in power saving mode until you replace the battery. The phone doctor is quick, reasonably priced, and does awesome work.
