I would like to thank Ron Smith for 5 star service. Concord Honda I wanted to charge me $200 For a diagnostic on a warranty extension item item which was the AC condenser. Ron Smith didn't let that happen to me I paid nothing. Thank you very much Winter Honda Ron Smith you're the man.

I went in for my airbag recall, and they were great. I was surprised their prices were so reasonable for a dealership. They helped me with some minor things too. They are too expensive to be my first choice, but they are wonderful with the hard stuff, and they won't make you spend money you don't need to.

Laura was very kind and sweet! Everyone there from Service to Mechanics as well as Management were kind friendly and efficient. I will be using them from all of my Honda CRV needs in the future.

You have to go to dealership they'll help you .
Yes. If you have an Exhisting Key and want a new one they will have to program both. Once you get the new one you have to have it programmed with your car there. Because the new key is being programmed you will have to bring your old key and have that one reprogram though we reprogram your old key for free. I think they charge you a one time fee for programming I can't remember. But this is the cost anywhere else you go I've looked into it. Even if you order one online you're still going to have to take it in somewhere to have it program so it's better just to go to the dealer. You can get a key done at Ace Hardware but it will not be the right type of programming for your car I guarantee it. You can go there and pay $75 at Ace Hardware. But it won't be one where you can push the button to unlock your car doors it will only be to drive your car.
Yes, they have a very helpful service department that is customer oriented.
