I got the mail ballot form from the Malden City Hall folks. The completed form needed to be brought back to city hall. I brought it back, and they mailed my primary ballot last week. It was easy, and Malden City Hall helped me.
You would have to go to the city clerk they will give you a copy for $10.
Idk, maybe you should email or call them with this matter

Depends on where you live.malden senior center has early voting hours as well going on daily now for all..city hall closed i believe Friday but call Monday they can tell you hope this helps..
Yes and only for $10
No.. a rent increase needs a minimum 30 day notice..so the 1st of the prior month is good or before for most. If the unit happens to be "government subsidized" it "may be sixty"..you'd have to check on that, but min 30 days, otherwise 😁
