This car wash is horrible. The staff was friendly and explained the 48 hour guarantee on my wash and answered any question. The wash didn’t even get the small amount of bugs off I had in the front of my car or windshield. There was 1 attendant and sprayed my driver side, but the passenger side was not sprayed on the way in the wash. They did not apply anything to the front or the windshield like is done every time with my unlimited pass in St George with TaggNGo car wash. The wheels did not come out clean and there was tire dressing on 1 tire. The whole back on my Dodge Journey was still dirty as well as the paint around the wheel wells at the bottom. I paid $25 for a single wash. Never again.

Every time I go out of my way to come wash my car at the 3300s location they are either still closed (although it says they open at 7am weekdays, 7:45am and still nothing is open) or something is broken.. definitely will be canceling my membership.

This is the second time I have been through this particular carwash. And in two trips I have lost two car parts. Yes, I read the sign and yes, I went through anyway. I lost my antenna a few weeks ago and today it was part of my roof rack. I have never lost a part in any wash in my 40 years of going to other car washes. Today, after I left, I realized that part of my roof rack was missing. I called several times to call the office but no one answered. I left a voicemail and haven't heard back in what is now 4 hours later. I went back to the location to find the missing part myself and not a soul was to be seen anywhere. I took fate into my own hands. I looked into the operating bay, saw the part and ran in to get it myself. I felt like Indiana Jones. Never again, Supersonic. Never again.

Went in for a car wash early February & wasn't able to fit my car in unfortunately because it's lowered. That isn't their fault at all, but promising me a refund that I still haven't seen yet is a problem. I've already called & left a voicemail. $19 for a car wash is already crazy & the fact that I haven't gotten that back yet is a big red flag. First & only time there & I won't ever come back.
