They are sporadic in picking up lawn waste and when I called to complain they hung up on me. If I delivered that level of service at my job I would not have a job.

Had B& B for 13 years in Oregon City and had consistent top notch service the whole time. Moved to Salem last year and now have Republic which at times is a hot mess. Cans disappeared, garbage picked up but not recycle, recylcle picked up but not garbage, cans disappeared and they did not replace for a month! I have to call them for some reason just about every other month. If you have B&B Garbage service, be grateful! They know how to do service right.

In the five plus years I have used their service not once did I have any issues. I cannot speak for the office staff since I have never had a reason to call. I have a special appreciation for the work they do. My family owned a garbage company in Milwaukie from the 60's until the early 80's. I spent a few summer's working the route with my Dad, oh the stories he has to tell about being a garbage man back before it was curbside and automated.

I just called your office to make a payment on my account. However to my surprise an older lady by the name of Arlene answered the phone and was rude because I gave her my account number instead of my address. She said she was set up to take my address. She needs to learn customer service. This experience did not make my day. In the past I have always had happy ladies take my payment without being harass.
