Oh how I love this park! Even when it’s full, it’s not, because there is so much room!

Big, clean park. Lot's of old growth deciduous trees, magical cottonwoods! Daisies, geese, ducks, pigeons, rocks, river, public bathrooms, undercover areas, swings, picnic tables. A great place to spend some time outdoors!

The park itself felt a bit unremarkable, though I think it would be a great place for families during the summer. What interests me more though, is the broken down river museum which you can find by walking past the bridge from the parking area. I LOVED seeing all the different street art around the base of it, definitely recommend going to look around the river and see some cool graffiti!!

My hubby and I enjoy making a quick stop here some mornings before he drops me at work. It's so peaceful to watch the ducks, geese and other birds in the water and the trees in the morning light. It's the perfect start to my day.

Yes, but people regularly leave trash by the water, some of which could be dangerous to unsuspecting paws 🐾

I’m just looking to hang out with friends for a couple of hours on water. Do I need to reserve or can we just show up? Also cost

Is this place okay ground for a stroller?

There is a paved parking and paved trails. There is a paved boat ramp to the water. A few trails and most river access is gravel. Much of the park is mowed grass, a stroller with larger wheels would be able to navigate the mowed grass.
