We have been to this restaurant (in both locations) many times and first time again since the start of pandemic and boy, they deliver and they deliver consistently. The quality of food, taste, presentation and they serve pho hot which is really good. Food serving is pretty sufficient. They have a really good selection in their menu from appetizers, pho, rice/noodle toppings, bahn mi and desserts too. The place is clean, well maintained, nice decor, enough tables to accomodate everyone and very nice servers too. They have a huge parking lot at the back so not an issue with that. Like I said, their food is consistently delicious so we will definitely be back for more 😋

It is not my first time going to this place! But they have disappointed me. Their service is terrible and they could care less about the customers satisfaction. My friend and I went to this place for lunch and after ordering we all ordered boba drinks. I ordered a rose tea with boba and they brought me a drink that has pomegranate inside of it. The taste was gross and bitter while taking a sip out of the cup a big chunk of something came in my mouth and it looked like a piece of wood chip or I don’t know what is was. I called the lady over to show her what I found in the drink! She turn to me and say “it’s a piece of rose”! Sorry! What? My friend got really upset and said what part of the rose is this I want to see it. Anyway I told them that I want something else instead, she’s like let me talk to my manager. She came back and took my drink away and say I’m not going to charge you for this but “we are not going to make another drink for you, you need to go next door and buy it if you want”. How rude can you be with a customer when they see something irregular in a drink and ask for another one! DO NOT GO HERE!

Nice big place with plenty of seating, and parking was easier than expected. The food was good, but nothing particularly special. Though the spring rolls were perfectly wrapped and didn't fall apart at all like some places. Overall a decent place to get pho on a cold day. Sadly I forgot to take a picture of the pho, because I was really hungry!

This is the real deal! The pho broth is exceptional: coating your mouth with deep flavor. One of my favorite comfort dishes is bò kho (beef stew) and I was thrilled to see it on the menu. They do not skimp on the correct ingredients and the serving sizes are large. I could not finish my dish but I needed to squeeze room in my stomach for one of the extensive dessert drinks. I will be back often!
