If I could give negative starts I would. The Manager Stephanie Arellano has a terrible attitude. She chose to Evicted me and my partner for owning just $600, after living here for a year. She refused to take more payments, and made it her personal mission to kick us out. She purposely gave us the notice on the 30th, but wrote the 9th, only giving me and my partner a few days to find somewhere to go. She's very rude, I highly recommend looking elsewhere for a place to live. My rent went up to over 1,714 before utilities. Stephanie Arellano made it her personal mission kick us out over a small $600, and refuses to continue communicating. She said with a terrible attitude "the courts will deal with it now".

I have lived at Clover Creek for about 3 years and there been some issues but never with Management. Lorain was always really good to me, I'm sorry to see her go. The new manager Stephanie is kind and enjoyable to work with, I look forward to having her as my Manager. Oh and I have the best Apartment on the property!!!

Me and my wife live her since 2001 and the satisfaction is 200%, everything here is amazing and the Management is beyond expectations, the whole Team is awesome and they really care about you. the Maintenance guys are so friendly they make you feel a part of a great family, way to go Loreen you and your team are the best!

The apartments are in a great location in Murray. The property is very dog friendly so your fur babies are welcome, along with being very family friendly. I have been a resident for almost 5 years and the property has really grown and developed nicely since than. The management is friendly and very helpful, and the maintenance men are knowledgeable and professional. Can’t see my family leaving anytime soon.
