This was my fav lil pond spot to go for walks with my dogos after work. You can take a loop around the pond on grass avoiding hot concrete and be entertained by lotsa wild life and nice view of the mountains.

Went around noon for the splash pad - you have to press really hard on the flat side of the black button with both hands for it to turn on, but it was nice!

I take my kids to this park often. There are three playgrounds, all of which do not have much shade. The second playground in the middle of the park does have a lot of picnic tables placed under a shaded area. This is usually a very busy park on a hot day. There is a nice little pond where we often see people fishing with a little dock they'll have fun walking on. I take my kids here for picnics often right by the water. It has a beautiful view of the mountains.
