Don't believe anything a customer support agent tells you. They will lie to you to get you to sign up or upgrade your service and or device. They won't hold up their end of the bargain and in the end you will pay more money. I've been dealing with these guys on a promotion for my sister's phone. 6 months later we still have to pay more money because they didn't give us the right information and lied about the stipulations in the contract. Make sure you read your contract before you sign up because what they tell you and what's in the contract will be 2 different things. And don't count on corporate fixing their mistakes because they won't. They allow their customer service agents to lie to you and then hold you responsible for it. Terrible business practices and their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced.

I pay top dollar for “top download speeds” which I’m told is over 1GB every 3 seconds. Hmmmm somehow a 23GB download, AFTER midnight with only 3 items on the network is taking over ONE HOUR. Fraud. Cheat. Lies. Dishonest. These are the words I use to describe my internet service providers.

Will not help you look into things if you want to switch your plan to them. They will just tell you that there is nothing they can do! “Go talk to your provider you have now” lol ya like I’m going to do that because they want to keep me! Xfinity just didn’t care and was rude!

Best experience dealing with any Xfinity store. Very friendly staff and clean store. The lady helping was awesome. She even walked us to the door.
