Deliver for Amazon and got a $75 ticket downtown with no where to park. These people are really the worst.

All I can say is what a scam. I paid 2.50$ to pay for two hours of parking in the downtown area. I come back to my car 30 minutes later to get my charger and sure enough a citation is on the window! I had 1.5 hours left on my meter! 30 dollar fine and a 12.50 surcharge fee. When I called and explained to is is a mistake they told me there was nothing they can do. They told me to do an appeal online. I really don’t want to waste time doing the appeal but for my sanity I should at-least try….

WARNING: The online system will say card declined but still charge you. If you try it again it will keep charging you. It will also say you still haven’t paid. No way to get help- the customer service # will auto hang up on you.

I applied for low income payments and was denied although im unemployed and still haven’t received EDD. Then they double my fine because they sent the letter too late… then the lady I speak to finally after waiting over twenty minutes can’t do anything and I ask to send me to somebody who can help and she says yes and doesn’t connect me. These greedy people can’t even do their job. They will get theirs. Karma will get these greedy bitter cowards.
