I don't think I have complained about any business in a long time. I have been going to 7-11s all of my 50 years and have had great experiences. When there is a line at the cash register they usually get more staff to help and open a 2nd register. But at this particular 7-11 almost all of the times I go it seems the customer comes last!! There is one lady in particular who doesn't seem to care that there are a lot of customers waiting. I usually have to wait a few minutes to get through the purchase process. Today 3/24/22 about 1:15 pm there was a line and the same lady was in the aisle talking to someone. She did notice that there was a line but did not come to the front for several minutes!! I told her that this was the worst 7-11 I had been to by far and she told me "don't come back"!! She was not wearing a badge so I can't give your her name. She definitily had an attitude. I have been to the store before with 3-4 employees behind the counter and only 1 cash register open with a long line. Is this really the kind of service 7-11 expects???

I purchased a microwavable sandwich at this 7-11. The microwave was so filthy I could not use it. The whole store was dirty really but it was really late/early and nothing else was open. I attempted to return the sandwich and was told they do not do refunds on items purchased with EBT. A customer chimed in to say it was fraud. The clerk and customer talked about it like I wasn't there for a bit. They went on about how you can't get cash back for EBT. I never asked for cash back. I asked for a refund. Which I then chimed in on their rude conversation to express and asked for one again. With the sandwich and receipt in my hand. He then flat out refused to do it citing it was illegal to do a refund on EBT purchased items. I was confused because... 1. That isn't true. 2. I have definitely had benefits refunded to my card. He (the clerk) went on discussing it with other ppl in the store as though he needed support and I was asking for something outrageous. He said I could talk to whoever came in after him. Didn't want a scene so I went to my car. As I sat in the parking lot looking for the corporate number, he discussed my upset with some lady in line while the store door was open allowing me to hear him giving her a good laugh. So, am I to be ashamed I used EBT or that I wanted a refund? Because I'm ashamed of neither but embarrassed for 7-11 and disgusted by the rudeness. Who conducts business this way???

This 7-11 is great except for one employee there. I probably spend 150$ there a month. I was in there today and that worker would not sell an African American customer a bag. I'm not sure why but then I asked her for a bag for my purchase(I felt sorry for him:racially motivated?). The she suspected I was getting it for him and refused to take my money. Because the line was long I had already opened my bottle of mango juice and drank part of it. I have problems with her every time.

Moved here to OB come in here regularly. Every time I come in the worker named Jason is outside smoking with his friends. He gets indegnat that has to come in to do his job. Than I watch him pocket money from customers rather than ring them up. I use my reward points so he gets more atitude since he can't pocket my purchases. 711 you have a theif working for you. No wonder prices are so high. Employee theft. Fire this guy

Yep

Just guy taking pennies out of the customer courtesy tray (That I ju st put in) and put in the till... Aren't those pennies for the customers? Not property of the store?

Those pennies are for the customers when they are short on change, so the cashier shouldn't be doing that.
