Been going here most of my life. Staff is very customer service focused. Great with kids. Jeremy, especially, is patient with kids that have fears with getting their hair cut. Big crate of toys plus books and comics to keep the kids entertained and out of your hair. This was gone during Covid but is back again. All barbers are appointment only. You might get lucky day of and there is an appointment available. Prices vary by barber, age of customer and sometimes type and length if hair. The descriptions on the site are very helpful if you haven't been there before. The new seating arrangement allows for more barbers but does make it a bit harder for pre barber conversation. So for first time folks it may not be as socialable as it was back when they had about half the staff. But once you get back to the barbers, there is tons of good conversation to be had. Local Clintonville history with Dave, movies and comics with Nick, sports [OSU, NFL, NHL, MLB, MLS (the Crew filmed a commercial in the shop), etc.] with most anyone and almost anything else. And after a few visits they get to know your name and the experience grows.
