The staff is horrible here. You see the DRs walk down the hall miserable and wont even make eye contact with patients. Their bedside manner is ATROCIOUS! You wait forever for an appointment. Oh and if you’re feeling suicidal and you go to the ER expect to leave the next day feeling the same if not WORSE. They do absolutely nothing but give you an antidepressant to calm you down and have no plan for when you get out OR put you inpatient. When you go to patient advocate to complain about the inadequate care these VA doctors provide THEY DO NOTHING! This place is a joke... better off with low income health insurance.
