My kchart said my MRI appointment was at 7:30 am. And got there at 7:35- 7:40 ( driving from Finley) and the receptionist said I was put as a no show... I said I was only 5 minutes late and she said my appointment was at 7:00 am... Kchart AND my text notifications said 7:30 am check in time and they put me down as a no show. Because of gas prices right now I had everything planned to go across the street for my other appointment after the MRI but now I have to drive all the way back to Finley just to drive all the way back out to Richland AGAIN for my other appointment. Don't know why I was given the wrong times two different ways but the receptionist didn't take any initiative to try and reschedule so I just left. I have been waiting for this mri for months now and now I'm probably going to have to wait longer. Thanks kadlek.

Very nice medical staff. Horrific schedling process: hold times of at least 45 minutes, left message to have them call back..their message says two days..never heard back. When i finally reached them to schedule it took forever. Then I called back in couple days toxlarify about the pre-procedures. Given completly different procedure prep information. Told to pick up stuff to drink prior at main hospital. That was wrong info. Checked with my pharmacy it was not there. Personnel at hospital useless for tracking down situation. Tried to reach physicans office, as usual left message and was not called back, in spite of fact i needed to know what to do so as to avoid rescheduling procedure, and thus would have to reschedule appointment with dr to review case. Which would be way out and into new insurance year which would cost me hundreds of dollars. If not for all the unreturned calls from scheduling and physicans office this would be long completed. Spoke with Supervisor at Kadlec where i was wrongly told to pick up prep stuff for procedure. I could be very, very sick and not know it each and every day because of all the unreturned calls for scheduling, and non support from physicans office with scheduling dept issues. Ive had supervisors try and help at hospital...they never returned promised calls either. If this is what Kadlec considers "higher level of care,"that is scary.

I was on hold for 25 minutes to schedule a repeat breast exam post cancer removal. The oncologist ordered mammograms every 6 months yet when I tried to schedule I was told to call my provider for a referral. Kadlec sucks

I had a biopsy today. Was fairly nervous, every doctor/ nurse that I came in contact with were super helpful, very nice, comforting, asking every few minutes if I was ok, how am I doing. They explained everything they were doing, even small talk and some laughs. The biopsy wasn't even as bad as I expected. I was able to call s few hours later with a question and got an answer no problem. Thank you for such kind treatment.

I believe it's small. I have a really hard time with my claustrophobia in the past.
