This organization is the most unprofessional that I have ever experienced. They asked my son to report there at 8am sharp to watch a 15 minute video. We drove 45 minutes from Bowling Green,VA to be there on time. Once there, the clerk or whoever she was, very nonchalantly tells him that one of the other employees left going to the courthouse with the video so it’s not there and to just come back at 1pm. She responded as if it was no big deal and didn’t even bother to apologize for any inconvenience or offer us an alternative since we had come such a distance. I know many business are short handed now but that wasn’t the issue here. They are just plainly rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional, and incompetent. 1 star is too much for this RAASAP.

I visit this Facility today I am a senior citizen and I was taking my son to his appointment I asked to use the bathroom Personnel refuse me to use the bathroom and they were not friendly or understanding at all treated me like I was nobody have some compassion for the elderly thanks for nothing don’t expect great service at this place they were rude and pushy and would not let me use the restroom This incident happened Friday, July 29 at 9 AM front desk personnel needs to have better customer service

Just don't come here voluntarily to get a letter for a restricted license, they will test you and catch you off gaurd! You think they are their to help you, but then only hurt you instead!
