Terrible service. My wife and I called a few times with questions and got nothing but the run around. No wonder when you see busses they are always empty!

buses are never on time, and waiting for one at a stop is always hit or miss (mostly miss for me)

The worst bus station of all time. You pay $1.25 for a bus that's always late and bus drivers are rude and don't even know their bus route. Please don't get me started on the office people. Poor communication skills what so over
