Jonah was kind and polite. He made me feel comfortable and listened to my concerns with patience and understanding while preparing me for my MRI. Courtney Jones administered my MRI and I have to say, it was hands down the best imaging experience I have ever had - and I’ve had more than a few. She did everything in her power to make me feel comfortable while maintaining a pleasant and positive attitude. Her “bedside manner” made me feel at ease in a way I didn’t think was possible while laying in a loud, claustrophobia-inducing tube. Her thoughtfulness and ability to make me forget where I was made me feel relaxed in a way I never could’ve imagined. I highly recommend medical imaging of Fredericksburg and would give them 10 stars if I could.

My appointment was for 9:30am I arrived at 9:37am. I was late however, I called office and explained that I was having problems with my legs and was really hard to walk . When I got to the window I explained to the old blond women who was very rude that’s I am a cancer patient and yesterday I fell and hurt my leg. The lady that was at the desk said I was late and cannot be seen. I totally get that I was late but why wasn’t I told when I called that’s my appointment was going to be rescheduled and to don’t come in. I am new to the area again I explained but that office shows me no sympathy, no compassion or concern about my situation. Please avoid this hospital if you can no one person who has a serious health condition be treated like their lives don’t matter. Racist has to stop. A hospital of this magnitude should have the utmost respect for their customers and or patients. This hospital is not creating a safe space for patients. If proper customers service is not enforced their maybe some of the staff should attend customer service training.. and how to treat and handle the public with tact and care.

Took my mother here for her MRI. Very kind staff who accommodated her disability very well and also cared about her comfort and mine too while I was waiting. Short wait and great service! Totally recommend coming here!

Techs were GREAT but billing? It's bad enough you have to fork out hundreds of dollars up front but then I received an invoice and I was overcharged. I called billing, they admitted the mistake, told me to disregard the invoice and they would send me a corrected invoice. Two months later I receive the corrected invoice with a statement attached that said if I don't pay it within 30 days they will send me to collections. Wait a minute, so they take a chunk of money up front, then overcharged me on the invoice, they admit they did (how many people just pay it), then it takes two months for them to correct the invoice and send it to me, and then they are going to send ME to collections? Great way to do business.

My MRIs have been pretty quick maybe 10-15 minutes. Not very long. When I've had an MRI I was able to look out above my head so you're not completely in there. It depends on where they're taking the X-ray. Talk to your doctor about a little bit of anxiety medication before you go.
