I'm a agriculture student.....I get it, I'm not fully educated yet but these people made me feel like absolute garbage and like a weird criminal after trying to return an item that was opened but not even used......I wouldn't recommend asking any advice, because if you plan on coming back with a small issue it's immediately your fault no actual solving the issue. Whoever the gentleman was that did my return needs a break check on customer service and a better understanding of their policy on returns because it does NOT say will not accept returns if opened on the receipt....... Nowhere.... then he asks me "how am I supposed to resell this?".....I don't know dude that's not my job. Just outright rude guy.....I had to settle with a gift card even though it was ALSO within the 10 day time frame. I myself personal do not recommend coming here for your garden equipment or plants, I would've done 0 ☆'s

Very helpful. Looked web site, it listed what I wanted. I emailed to confirm it's availability the day prior. Was responded to that evening confirming item and its size and cost. Arrived and found what I inquired about promptly. Checkout was smooth transaction. Just wishing their web site was a bit more informative. Everyone seemed nice. Looking forward to a future visit. Absolutely love this garden & gift center! Plants and bulk landscape materials are competitively priced. Selection is extensive. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Gift shop items a little pricey, but fun to browse through.

This is a lovely place. Staff is so friendly. Update: So many different selections to choose from to purchase. Though they do not apply to me at this very time :) Maybe when I get my hands dirty with gardening for my sweet home. I am going to definitely come back. I am very much looking forward it!
