I’m out of state I’ve been buying your raffle tickets for years. The guy could barely speak English and then told me I cannot buy out of state. I was going to buy the five pack. 7:15 tonight I tried calling back and he answered. He said per California law BS. Very upset I’ll try tomorrow the last day. Absolutely annoying.
