My contractor recommended Cabinets To Go and I am so glad he did. I am really appreciative at the service that Jacob Ransom provided. He was extremely professional and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. I made sure and scheduled an appointment (highly recommend) each time I came in to avoid waiting around for a sales representative to become available. This was a pleasant experience and I never felt any pressure or rushed to make a decision/purchase. Order was made on March 4th and delivered on the 23rd. Thanks again Jacob!

Zero stars if possible. Terrible experience here. They do not get back to you or care about your project or business. I had to consistently call the shop just to pay for a design quote - which took TWO WEEKS. Once the design was complete, there were issues with it. I had to send a handful of emails each week begging them to respond to the design changes and agree to the project (complete kitchen remodel minus appliances). None of which they responded to. Surprise surprise they finally responded to my last ditch effort where I mentioned I will take my 10-15k elsewhere if they don't want the business. Got my hopes up thinking "oh great, they will respond now!" False, they continued to ghost me as a customer once it came to scheduling the project. Not professional at all. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere... somewhere that will actually appreciate your business and hard earned money. Only hire these people if you want to babysit someone that pretends to care about your renovation. Gladly taking my money elsewhere.
