Free paking at the lot. $5 for a day pass and $2 for the card. Just with in 5 mins from the station you will be at the border. Very convenient for any walkers from US to Mexico.

Get on the blue line going to San Diego You get off at america plaza de ayi You cross the street to Santa fe depot and from ayi 3 stop then you get off you get a Lyft to the airport

You have to check the timetable of the mts because there are arrivals from 5 am and until 12:45 am
