Unfortunately, Beltone does not. They diagnose and dispense for hearing disorders. Geek Squad at Best Buy may be able to help out or point you in a better direction though!
Beltone is not a part of Sam's Club but there are promotions available to match similar pricing for major retailers like Costco!
