The Doctor is the Lakeland Office on Monday & Wednesday afternoons. Please call the office to schedule an appointment. New patient office visits are $140. All further office visits are $125. Urine Drug Screens, when needed are $25.00. If you have insurance, you can go to the lab and forgo the $25.00 UDS cost, after you are an established patient.
