Decent store. Never has enough stuff in stock. Meanwhile all the other best buys in so cal seem to have the stuff you need. Should be one day shipping from store to store for items like all these auto parts stores seem to do.

I always enjoy shopping at Best Buy. No real big problems except one. They never seem to have enough people to help you find something you can't. Every time I need help and have to call for someone. They are held up on the way to me by other people needing help. I am sure it is a pain for the worker as it is for the person waiting for help. Bottom line.... They need more roaming customer service people!! You shouldn't have to go all the way up front have them page someone to help and then walk all the way back and hope someone shows up. Many times for me they never did.

Shelves were stocked and customer service was perfect. I was greeted upon entering and leaving... Update, on a new visit, my service was equally great. The item I needed was in stock and the store associate was knowledgeable about the product in question.

You're going to want to call Best Buy to check stock availability. Usually they won't give a quantity of how many they have over the phone so if you want an exact answer go on their website. Regardless, they don't answer questions on Google. This is more so consumers asking questions to consumers.
